Vendor Spotlight: Sleepy Ridge Weddings in Orem, Utah

Today I’m shining a spotlight on an incredible wedding venue in northern Utah: Sleepy Ridge Weddings. This stunning venue is located in Orem, Utah and is well worth the drive. From timeless architectural design to fabulous seasonal views, this location is versatile for any wedding style!

As soon as I stepped on the grounds, I knew this was going to quickly become a new favorite venue and that it needed its own vendor spotlight so future brides can see the potential for their own weddings. I care so much about my brides, and I want to make sure they know what my favorite venues provide as far as services and aesthetics so they can make the right decision for their special day.

All of the gorgeous details make this venue truly magical! Just on the outside, I was obsessed with the stone walkways, castle-like brickwork, and the clean views of the golf course not too far away. You’ll feel like you’re in the beautiful country-side without the long drive and dusty roads. Its Orem location makes it fairly central from Cache Valley even down to the Salt Lake area!

Then when I set foot indoors, I was in awe. First off, can we please talk about this fireplace? It is such a beautiful accent that you can decorate to fit the design style you’re going for with your wedding. I loved that it’s really neutral so it doesn’t detract from the bride and groom during the ceremony, and it’s really easy to transform with flowers, decorations, and even pictures. Also, all of the natural light from the large windows is a photographer’s dream! 

The way the venue is set up is very convenient as well for all of your wedding day festivities. There are several beautiful rooms with hanging lights where the ceremony can take place, followed by the wedding dinner and reception, all within the same room! 

The space is large enough to accommodate all of your loved ones and friends, and lots of smaller areas make for great decorating locations to add your own personal touches. Having the entire day in one location makes it so convenient for my couples and their guests since you don’t need to add in travel time or have directions to various locations.

As far as execution goes, the staff are phenomenal at transforming the room between activities quickly and smoothly. They’ll set up tables and chairs and decorate in no time flat so you can continue the celebrations without a hiccup! Their entire team is professional and so attentive to my couples and their needs. 

Alright, I know I’ve shared lots of things I love about this venue, but I do have to point out one other fun little detail that makes for some incredible wedding day photos – the balcony! If you want some dreamy wedding shots that are reminiscent of Romeo and Juliet, this balcony will make your dreams come true.
